Type and Scope of Data Use

Generally, Art. 50, Sect. 1 of the German Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO) calls for a record-keeping period of six years for contract files. Under this federal guideline, we may be required to maintain your personal data beyond the conclusion of your service agreement with us, in order to fulfill any contractual or legal obligations on our part.
